LLMSW
Hey there, I’m Lexie and I’m so glad you’re here!
I’m passionate about creating a warm, welcoming space where you can feel heard and truly understood. As a therapist, I specialize in working with women and teens who are navigating life’s challenges, especially those related to self-esteem, life changes, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, and family issues. I know firsthand how tough it can be to go through these things alone, and I’m here to support you as you figure out what you need to heal and grow.
My approach is all about YOU. I combine different therapeutic techniques, including CBT and person-centered therapies, to tailor the work we do together to fit your specific needs. I believe in helping you build a strong sense of self-worth, improving how you communicate, and boosting your emotional resilience—especially during those moments of change or uncertainty.
Above all, I’m here to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself and start to explore your thoughts and feelings. I’m excited to help you on your journey towards growth and healing!

In my free time, you’ll usually find me watching movies, shows, or football, playing Stardew Valley, reading, going for walks, or out hunting for Pokémon. I also love spending time with my husband and our two cats. As an animal lover, I deeply appreciate the comfort and joy pets can bring.
