ABOUT LAUREN
Lauren Masud Visuri, LMSW
I have a passion for helping children, adolescents and adults navigate through these hard and sometimes scary challenges that life throws us all. Whether you are dealing with past trauma, confidence or self-esteem issues, anxiety or big life changes, I can be a safe space and a sounding board. Your voice, thoughts and feelings will always be the center of our sessions. You matter and you are not alone. (Lauren is a safe space and an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community.)
I have had success with adults and children who have experienced severe sexual, physical and mental trauma by using a trauma-informed and client-centered approach to practice with a combination of CBT & Person-Centered practices. I care deeply about working with people at their pace toward their goals.
Sometimes asking for a hand can feel intimidating and overwhelming. I create an environment that is tailored to your specific needs and wants, always keeping your personal goals at the center of our journey together.

Megan Dietrich, LPC
I'm Megan Dietrich, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and my passion lies in ensuring that everyone feels safe, seen, and supported on their unique journey. I believe in fostering self-compassion and empowering individuals to discover or reclaim their personal power.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse individuals, addressing various challenges. My experience spans addiction recovery, depression, anxiety, trauma and crisis counseling, chronic illness, faith transitions and deconstruction, aiding humanitarian workers and the anti-trafficking movement. Having traveled to and lived in over 30 countries, I have gained a profound understanding of the complex challenges that we as people face. I am no stranger to sitting with the deep pain and suffering that exists in the world, which can often disrupt our sense of safety.
My utmost desire is to provide a safe and supportive space where individuals can exhale, let go of burdens, and begin cultivating safety within themselves and the world around them. In our therapeutic journey, I utilize a diverse set of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic tools to support the nervous system, among others. This integrative approach ensures that we can tailor our sessions to best suit your needs and work collaboratively towards positive outcomes. My goal is to help you navigate life's challenges, develop resilience, and empower you to live authentically.
If you are ready to embark on a journey of healing, self-discovery and growth, where you can unlock your potential and find the strength within, I invite you to connect with me.
